For the price we paid, we got great value with a comfortable room and a fantastic location near the old town. The staff at Maria Cristina were extremely helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location is superb, on the sea front and right opposite the beach. The town centre and castillo are easily accessible, just a few minutes walk away. The rooms are spacious with a great view of the sea, and the bathrooms are modern and comfortable. The service is excellent, with friendly staff and a generous breakfast. the hotel provides great amenities such as jacuzzi tubs and spotless rooms.

There are some minor design flaws such as bright smoke alarms with excessive blinking lights that can disturb sleep.

Plenty of natural light fills the air-conditioned rooms, creating a bright and welcoming ambiance that instantly uplifts your mood. It's like lounging in a sun-drenched garden, sipping on a refreshing cocktail while enjoying the breathtaking view of the sea from your private terrace.

The rooms at Hotel Maria Cristina are amazing! They have plenty of natural light, which makes them feel so bright and cheerful. I loved waking up to the beautiful sea view from our balcony. The air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The sofa and seating area were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. It was also nice to have a private terrace where we could enjoy some quiet time. the rooms were cozy and had everything we needed for a great vacation.

One thing that I didn't particularly like was the soundproofing. It felt like we could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms.

Liked the Location and Complimentary Wine: Had a great Xmas stay at a quaint hotel on the beachfront. The hotel was mere steps away from the old town and had an unbelievable view of the sea. The staff may not have had great English, but they were friendly and always eager to assist. I appreciated that we got a free bottle of wine every night along with dinner, and towels were changed daily. the location and perks were definitely the best aspects of our stay.

Disliked the Beds and Meal Options: Unfortunately, there were a few downsides to the hotel. the beds were not comfortable at all;
